Wessex Cyclo Cross league

Hi Folks It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Wessex Cyclo Cross. Attached is the agenda for this meeting with details of time and venue. All affiliated clubs are allowed to have two voting delegates attend, others may attend but do not have any voting rights. Individual members have one vote per person. The venue, it just over a mile from the Tatchbury Mount circuit so if have attended that race you know what part of Southampton it is near, SO40 2QJ, this is the postcode of where it is, for you people with Sat Nav. If you go to www.streetmap.co.uk and put the postcode in the selection box and then make sure you have postcode button turned on it will show you a detailed map of where it is and then you can zoom out to see a smaller scale map which will show you more surrounding countryside like the M27 Junc 2 which is the nearest junction. If you're coming to meeting most of you will be approaching from this direction, to get to venue come off at that Junction (2) and head south signposted "Fawley", when you are off the R/bout go along normal road and then take a left on first road, signposted to "Totton Central" at T-Junction turn left, about a mile later you come to a roundabout, take 3rd exit into Calmore Drive. After 100m the road turns very sharply right, take a left at this point after about 300m there is a turning on your left this is Blackwater Drive, follow the road round and after a sweeping right hand bend and a bit of a straight you come across the Scout HQ on your left.
